Advocated for teacher training in multi-sensory education and successfully secured $57,000 in funding and trained 98% of our reading teachers in Orton-Gillingham.

Modified the division literacy block expectations to include Tier 1 components that support students with dyslexia.

Designed and ran a fully virtual summer school for 165 students in grades 1-5. Created extensive virtual learning resources tightly aligned to the SOLs.
